Level 7 Diploma in Implant Dentistry
The EduQual accredited Level 7 Diploma in Implant Dentistry is a part time program of 1-3 years duration, delivered jointly by the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology (UK) and The Implant Institute (Perth, WA). The qualification is accredited by the regulated UK awarding body, EduQual and is aligned with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), allowing use of the postnominals Grad Dip (Imp Dent)

This program is suitable for beginners and experienced implant dentists. We run 2 cohorts each year, with intakes in September 2024 and January 2025.
​
This program utilises a blend of online theory, a practical skills week and supervised clinical casework in your own region, providing postgraduate qualification opportunities with reduced disruption to your practice.
​
If you are already an experienced implant dentist you may apply for exemption from the direct supervision requirements for the Clinical Cases module, and submit Case Reports of your own cases.

​This 90 credit program requires a total of 900 notional hours of study.
After successful completion the EquQual accredited Level 7 Diploma in Implant Dentistry (Grad Dip) is awarded​

Course fee: A$25,950 + GST
Can be paid in up to 2 instalments after registration securing fee of A$1,500
The course fees cover the Theory Components and the Practical Skills Hands-on Component. For the Clinical Cases Component (Module 6), patient treatment fees (minus lab and implant expenses) are forwarded to your individual Clinical Tutor who mentors and directly supervises your procedures in your region. Some dentists like subsidise the patient's fees as an incentive. Students may also able nominate a suitable Mentor who they work with to be accredited for the purpose of supervising their cases.
